The Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTP) is part of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). It is a series of immigration streams that offer foreign nationals the opportunity to become permanent residents of Canada.
The Provincial Nominee Program allows qualified and experienced professionals to immigrate to a Canadian province or certain territories. These provinces and territories nominate people who wish to immigrate to Canada.

How to apply?
Well, it depends on the provincial candidate program you are applying for. This process can be done online through Express Entry or on paper.
Paper-based process:
The whole process consists of two steps.
First, you must find a specific province or territory where you will be living in Canada. After checking your eligibility, ask the province to recommend you.
In the second step, when the province nominates you, you can apply for permanent residency.

Once the Province has nominated you, you can fill out an application. The application package can be found on the IRCC website. Please fill out the form accordingly.
After completing your form, you may have to pay:
Processing fees for you and the person on your request , The fee for the right of permanent residence , Biometric fee
Third-party fees
Third-party fees include fees for:-
Medical exams, Police certificates
English language test, Educational credential evaluation
Finally, make sure you answer all questions, including questions about fees, and sign all forms and attach other supporting documents. Remember that incomplete applications will be rejected.

Online through the express check-in process
There are two ways to apply.
Apply to the province for a Fast Entry designation. Once you have received a designation from a province, create a Quick Entry profile and view your OR designation
First, create a Quick Entry profile to view the province you are interested in.
If the province has sent you a notice of interest, contact them directly.
Regardless of how you apply, you must be qualified for that province. You must also submit a Quick Entry Profile that meets the minimum requirements. Once you have received an invitation to apply, submit an electronic application to the IRCC.
