The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program
(SINP)
Saskatchewan is a Western Canadian grassland province that borders the United States to the south. The economy of the provinces is mainly based on agriculture, industries such as forestry and fishing.
Through SINP the immigrants with the skills and experience are offered to immigrate to Saskatchewan to work and settle. Through SINP, Saskatchewan invites the residency application from foreigners and nominates the successful applicants to gain permanent residency in Canada. The applicants need to apply for permanent residency through Immigration, refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) after the nominee receives Canada Immigration Visa through SINP.

The SINP application can be submitted online. Create an online account and fill out the application form. Scan and upload all supporting documents. Save and submit your application.
Submitted applications will be reviewed, approved for eligible applicants and sent to the IRCC Central Office for further processing. A temporary work permit will be granted. This temporary work permit allows the applicant and their family to settle in Saskatchewan; once approved by the IRCC, the applicant can begin work or business activities while their PNR application is pending.
As with other PNPs, processing times for NPIS applications vary depending on the category requested; information on processing times for NPIS applications is usually updated quarterly. Processing times are subject to change at any time.
